Missing Kids? - Solve the Crime NOW!

Child Rescue Network works with law enforcement agencies and families to help in the search for missing kids. The majority of abductions in the U.S., 82%, are what are termed non-custodial parental abductions. That happens when a parent takes off with a child or children in an effort to keep them away from the other parent. Children missing under such circumstances are traumatized and the scars can last a lifetime. These kids are not taken for their well-being. These kids are most often simply used as tools of revenge to punish a spouse. Imagine not knowing the whereabouts of your child.

Children abducted by a parent are forced into a life on the run. They aren't allowed to go to school or develop friendships. They don't receive medical attention. They are lied to about family and friends, many times told the other parent is dead! The pain caused by parents who abduct their children is unconscionable and unforgivable.

Parent Alienation Syndrome is common for these children as one parent turns the child against the other parent by telling an assortment of lies. Many times children who are missing for a long time because of a parental abduction cannot be immediately reunited with their left behind parent because of these lies. Efforts have to be made carefully to explain the reality of the situation in which the child has been forced to suffer.

Many times the children of such abductions were taken at an early age and if they are not found quickly it can make it extremely difficult to reunite them with searching family, a family many of these kids don't even know exist, especially if the abduction lasts years.

Child Rescue Network help families of missing kids in the search efforts. Working with law enforcement and the courts, CRN is committed to helping return our missing children home safely.
